As I read it, I keep thinking of the company I last joined,
and how trust was such a key part of everything we did, everything
we were, and how loyal we were -- and when a slimeball began
to head the company, the trust dissipated FAST and everything
changed -- the people, the product, the customer -- everything.

Trust is one of those things you might take for granted until
it's broken. Then you realize your clients don't return your
calls or your employees avoid you. It's basically impossible
to be effective when that happens.
